Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the company and the member regarding the use of all services provided by k-Shamanism (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows: 1. "Service" means k-Shamanism and all related services that a "member" can use, regardless of the implementing terminal (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and portable terminals). 2. "Member" means a customer who accesses the service, enters into a user agreement with the "Company" in accordance with these terms and conditions, and uses the "Service" provided by the "Company".

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

1. The "Company" shall post the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial screen of the service so that "members" can easily know. 2. The "Company" may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter "Information and Communications Network Act")". 3. If the "Company" revises the terms and conditions, it shall announce the date of application and the reason for the revision by specifying them along with the current terms and conditions in the manner of paragraph 1 from 30 days before the application date of the revised terms and conditions to the day before the application date.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

The service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, the provision of the service may be temporarily suspended in case of maintenance, replacement, and breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, communication interruption, or considerable operational reasons.

Article 5 (Change of Service)

1. The "Company" may change all or part of the "Service" it provides for operational or technical needs if there is a considerable reason. 2. If there is a change in the content, usage method, or usage time of the "Service," the reason for the change, the content of the service to be changed, and the provision date shall be posted on the initial screen of the service before the change.

Article 6 (Member's Obligations)

1. "Members" shall not engage in the following acts: - Misappropriation of others' information - Alteration of information posted by the "Company" - Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the "Company" and other third parties - Acts that damage the reputation of the "Company" and other third parties or interfere with their business

Article 7 (Company's Obligations)

1. The "Company" shall not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide the "Service" continuously and stably. 2. The "Company" shall have a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that "members" can use the "Service" safely, and shall disclose and comply with the privacy policy.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The "Company" shall be exempted from responsibility for providing the "Service" if it cannot provide the "Service" due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. 2. The "Company" shall not be responsible for any 장애 in the use of the "Service" due to the "member's" fault. 3. All analysis results (physiognomy, Saju, tarot, etc.) provided by the "Service" are for entertainment and reference purposes only, and the "Company" shall not bear any legal responsibility for the accuracy of their contents or specific results. The final responsibility for all decisions and actions rests with the "member".

Article 9 (Attribution of Copyright)

Copyright and intellectual property rights for the "Service" belong to the "Company". However, this excludes "member's" "posts" and works provided under a partnership agreement.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The law of the Republic of Korea shall be the governing law for disputes arising between the "Company" and the "member". 2. Lawsuits concerning disputes arising between the "Company" and the "member" shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
